Issues to sync my watch with the app, what to do.

The app is compatible with the smartwatches Garmin and improves Apple, and also with Strava. By connecting the app to one of these 3 tools, all your workouts are automatically synchronized with the app.
 
To connect your device to the OpenSwim app, go to my account > connected devices. When connecting, it may happen - in very rare cases - that the technical connection between the two encounters a synchronization problem. In this case, the connection will be established, but your activities won't be synchronized and won't appear in the app. 
 
If you have such an issue, here are a few steps to fix it: 
  1. Go to your connected object page
  2. Click on log out
  3. Go on My account and log out from your account
  4. You are not logged out. On login page, enter your login again.
  5. Go back to My Account > Connected Devices and log in again.
  6. On the device's page, click on 'Sync' button.

This will reset the system and ensure successful synchronization in the future.

Then, next time you train, follow these steps: 
  1. after recording your session with your watch
  2.  open your watch app to see the workout
  3. now, open OpenSwim app to see if the workout has been synchronized
  4. if not, go to the device's page and click on 'Sync' again
